| How large can pages become before the visitor of the page is lost?
The information should preferably be presented in
one screen, with no need to scroll: if you have larger pages, it is
increasingly difficult to select the best site related to the information
 you are looking for.
The size of any web-page should be kept within bounds: is a page too small,
then you need too many pages to store your information. It is
increasingly difficult to find the correct page. Is a page too
large, than the page is easier to find, but it is harder to find your
 information contained in the page.
Having a max number of sites per page, the number of pages has to grow. However, this means that the number of pages will grow with 10% per month. Mark A.C.J. Overmeer, AT Computing bv, 1999. | |||||||||
